InBody Analysis - $ 10.00
The InBody 270 accurately measures your body composition in less than 15 seconds. You will receive a results sheet with key body composition components to track your progress and health including skeletal muscle mass, body fat percentage, basal metabolic rate, and more!
Fitness Assessment - $ 30.00
Fitness assessments are necessary to obtain an individualized base-line measurement and help you set specific and measurable goals. The assessment will measure multiple components of your fitness including muscular endurance and strength, cardiovascular endurance, body composition and flexibility. This information allows your trainer to personalize a plan specifically for you.
Program Design - $ 45.00
Your personal trainer will design a 6-week program for you that is tailored to your goals and specific needs. You will meet with your trainer for a 1-hour session so that they can explain the program and answer any questions.
Note: An active (within 12 months and on file) fitness assessment must be on file to program for a Program Design.
